Screw Fasting

Screw it, I can't do it.

I don't know why I can't, I was able to last year for days and not feel a thing, I can't stop myself from eating.

Yesterday I ate around 900 calories.

Milk - 320

Veggies + Dip - 200

Popcorn - 130

Blueberries - 80

Chocolate - 100

Comes to.... 780

Okay, less then I guessed.

When I weighed myself today I was 137lbs, another pound lost. That means one more pound and I'll be back to my lowest weight, what I was before Christmas started and then hopefully I'll continue to lose more. My unrealistic goals were depressing me since I never made them. If I'm 130lbs by the end of February, I'll take that. I want to be underweight by the time I go to Greece, that's only 22lbs in 3 months, is that realistic?

Well, since it seems I can binge and eat around 700-900 cals a day and still lose a pound I guess I might as well continue in this fashion until I hit a plateau, then reduce my calories a little more.

I haven't been to the gym once since I came back to school from Christmas holidays, in all honesty I hate going to the gym and once I hit a plateau that lasts for three days I guess I'll start going again.

Also, I bought some pills yesterday that I just started to take. Chili Burn, I'll blog about how well they work after two weeks of taking them. They are comprised of Chili and Green tea extracts for boosting the metabolism. I hope they work.

So, once again I ruined my fast.

It was around 7-ish and for some god forsaken reason I decided to go to out to a restaurant. It was a Greek restaurant and I had a strawberry milkshake, spanakopita, calamari, dolmades, moussaka and finished it all off with ice cream. Noooooo idea how many calories in that...

I'm going to guess...

300 in the milkshake

150 in the spanakopita

500 in the calamari

200 in the dolmades

1200 in the moussaka

250 in the ice cream....

Fuck it all, I'm fasting today and tomorrow and Tuesday to make up for this!!!

Still a failure, always a failure....

Okay, so I fasted all day because I knew my family was going to take me out to eat and I ordered wonton noodle soup without knowing how many calories are in it but I'm going to guess around 600, and then I could have I should have stopped there but I fucking didn't and I let my cousin Bill buy me a blizzard from DQ that has 560 calories... so that brought my calorie intake for the day over 1000 which is completely disgusting, I wish I could get rid of it, it's evil. FOOD IS FUCKING EVIL! IT'S THE ENEMY, I HATE IT, WHY CAN'T I RESIST IT, I NEED TO BE MORE VIGILANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, no excuse for not eating tomorrow so I shan't eat tomorrow. Or Sunday, I can do this fast and get rid of this shit in my body along with tons and tons of pounds.
