I don't know why I can't, I was able to last year for days and not feel a thing, I can't stop myself from eating.
Yesterday I ate around 900 calories.
Milk - 320
Veggies + Dip - 200
Popcorn - 130
Blueberries - 80
Chocolate - 100
Comes to.... 780
Okay, less then I guessed.
When I weighed myself today I was 137lbs, another pound lost. That means one more pound and I'll be back to my lowest weight, what I was before Christmas started and then hopefully I'll continue to lose more. My unrealistic goals were depressing me since I never made them. If I'm 130lbs by the end of February, I'll take that. I want to be underweight by the time I go to Greece, that's only 22lbs in 3 months, is that realistic?
Well, since it seems I can binge and eat around 700-900 cals a day and still lose a pound I guess I might as well continue in this fashion until I hit a plateau, then reduce my calories a little more.
I haven't been to the gym once since I came back to school from Christmas holidays, in all honesty I hate going to the gym and once I hit a plateau that lasts for three days I guess I'll start going again.
Also, I bought some pills yesterday that I just started to take. Chili Burn, I'll blog about how well they work after two weeks of taking them. They are comprised of Chili and Green tea extracts for boosting the metabolism. I hope they work.
